| Planned Giving
is a way for the donor to make a contribution to the
ministry in the future, that could possibly benefit
him/her today, while providing for heirs. “Where
there’s a will, there’s a way.” Brochures,
explaining each type of gift, are available. |
| Our Planned Giving Programme allows
you to set in place a plan for long term, sustainable
support of the Oshkidee Camp ministry. |
- Oshkidee Legacy Development Trust–providing
resources for facility renewal and program development.
- Oshkidee Sponsorship Trust - providing
resources for camper sponsorships: supporting families
in need with an Oshkidee experience. Our desire is
to have no family in crisis turned away due to financial
hardship.

| Donating Shares to Canadian Charities
is about to become highly attractive. |
| During the recent federal election campaign, in January,
2006, Mr. Harper of the Conservative Party of Canada announced
that they would be eliminating the capital gains tax on
listed stocks donated to charities.
The Government will likely move on this measure in
its first budget this spring, as it is expected to win
the support of all parties. Consequently, it is expected
that donations of stocks will rise by as much as 50%.
Once people understand how attractive this is, the impact
is expected to be much greater. |

| Double or Triple Your Gift to Camp
Oshkidee |
| You may be able to double - or even triple - your gift
to Camp Oshkidee through a matching gift by your employer.
In some cases, companies will match gifts from retired
employees, spouses, or members of the board of directors.
Some will even make a financial contribution based on
the time that an employee volunteers for a nonprofit organization.
To find out whether your company has a matching gift
program, contact your Human Resources Department. |
| There are many ways you can give. Gifts in kind (land,
vehicles, etc) and cash gifts are 100% tax deductible. |
